Seawane – Golfer Registration and Check-in
Golf Registration begins at 10:00 am at The Seawane Club.
Men’s and Women’s locker rooms will be available to all guests.
10:00 am – 12:30 pm
Breakfast On the Patio:
Bagels, Croissants, Danish, Muffins, with Flavored Whipped Cream Cheeses, Individual Jellies & Butter, Omelet Station, Sausage & Bacon, Home Fries, French Toast & Waffles, Tuna, Chicken, & Egg Salad, Platter of Tomato & Onion Sliced Fresh Fruit Platter, Coffee, Tea, & Juice Bar. Driving Range opens at 11:00 am.

Shuttle to Middle Bay Departs
Golfers playing at The Club at Middle Bay can take advantage of our shuttle, provided by DH2 Chauffeured Transportation, to travel to and from Middle Bay, returning before the cocktail hour begins at Seawane. Lunch will be provided at Middle Bay.
12:30 pm
Shotgun Start at Middle Bay
Beverage carts, including Gatorade, soda, beer, water, chips, and on-course coolers with drinks, will be available. Lunch will be served at the turn (Hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken breast, coleslaw, macaroni and potato salads, chopped fruit, soda, water, beer, chips, and pretzels). There will be Hole-in-One contests on all par 3 holes, including a $20,000 prize, a car giveaway sponsored by Starks Ford of Queens, and a longest drive competition. Vaughn College has sponsored a putting contest with a guaranteed Trip for two to Las Vegas.

Shotgun Start at Seawane (or sooner if possible)
Beverage carts, including Gatorade, soda, beer, water, chips, and on-course coolers with drinks, will be available. Two on-course hospitality stations will be available throughout the day. There will be a longest drive competition, a Closest to the Pin Competition, and a Hole-in-One contest sponsored by Starks Ford of Queens on Hole 14.

Pickleball Registration
Pickleball registration will be in the lobby of The Seawane Club.
2:30 pm-5:30 pm
Pickleball
Paddles and all other equipment will be provided. Feel free to bring your own equipment if you prefer! Seawane tennis and pickleball pros will be holding a clinic for those new to the sport. Tournament play will be available to more advanced players. As an added bonus, the swimming pool will be available to all pickleball players, so bring your bathing suit!

Lunch at Seawane
Grill Lunch and Wood Fire Pizza will be served at the halfway house. Hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken breast, coleslaw, macaroni and potato salads, soda, water, beer, chips, and pretzels.

Return Shuttle to Seawane Departs
Golfers playing at The Club at Middle Bay can take advantage of our shuttle, provided by DH2 Chauffeured Transportation, to travel back to The Club at Seawane, returning before the cocktail hour begins at Seawane.
5:30 pm
Cocktail Party and Network Gathering
The bar will be open! Artisan cheeses, fruit & nut crumble, Pasta Display, fresh mozzarella and more!
6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Cocktail Style Dinner
BBQ Chicken, BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Cear Plank Faroe Island Salmon, Flat Iron Steak, Salads, Corn on the Cob, Vegetable Medley. Dessert includes an Ice Cream Sundae Bar, Fresh Fruit, Assorted Cookies, and brownies. We will have a DJ playing music and an open bar all night long. Raffle prizes, a 50/50 drawing. The entire evening will be filled with fun, food, and opportunities to catch up with old friends and network with new members of the airport community.
