Airport Community Golf Classic Agenda

The proceeds raised from ACGC will be distributed among our three partner associations, JFK Air Cargo Association, Aviation High School Education Foundation, KAAMCO Cargo, and the Council of Airline Maintenance Managers. These organizations are proven advocates for airport and aviation education, workforce development, and the advancement of this industry, as well as shining examples of what makes our airports the best in the world.

Golfer Registration and Check-in

Thanks to our sponsors, AGI and Symbrant Aviation Services, each golfer will receive a complimentary cooler bag and a commemorative golf polo shirt

Shotgun Start

Two beverage carts, including Gatorade, soda, beer, water, chips, bananas, apples, and on-course coolers with drinks, will be available. There will be a longest drive competition on Hole 11, a Closest to the Pin Competition on Hole 4, a Hole-in-One contest sponsored by Starks Ford of Queens on Hole 16, and a Putting Contest.
The Ark at JFK will be on the course again this year with the Shots4Shots cart.
Vinny’s Panini NYC and Drinkology will be on Hole 4 serving drinks.

11:30 pm – 3:00 pm
Grill at the Turn

Hamburgers, hot dogs, Italian sausage and peppers, chicken breast, cole slaw, macaroni and potato salads, chopped fruit, soda, water, beer, chips, and pretzels.

4:30 pm – 6:00 pm
Cocktail Party and Network Gathering

Passed hors d’oeuvres of baby lamb chops, baked clams, stuffed mushrooms, franks in a blanket, coconut shrimp, spring rolls, potato puffs, spanakopita, chicken sate, mini beef Wellingtons, Chicken Sate,, and spring rolls. Tuscany table with international cheese, grilled vegetables, crudites, and rustic bread.

6:00 pm – 8:30 pm
Cocktail Style Dinner

  • Large Chopped Salad Display with Sides & Dressings, Bread Display
  • Smoker Station with Smoked Brisket, Pastrami, Ribs, & BBQ Chicken
  • Roast Pig Carving Table
  • Italian Display: Chicken Francaise, Eggplant Rollatini, Penne ala Vodka, Rigatoni di Pomodoro
  • Asian Display: Glazed Salmon Teriyaki, Stir-fried Vegetables, & Fried Rice
  • Dessert: Pastries & Cookies, Ice Cream Sundae Bar, Coffee & Tea Bar

We will have a DJ playing music and an open bar all night long. Neir’s Tavern, from the movie Goodfellas, will serve a specialty drink on the patio.

Raffle prizes, a 50/50 drawing, and a special drawing for a set of Callaway Golf clubs will be available. During the cocktail party, golfers and our dinner guests will have the opportunity to participate in a putting contest. The entire evening will be filled with fun, food, and opportunities to catch up with old friends and network with new airport community members.
